Built around a pro schedule: All breakdowns are done on Mondays, mirroring exactly how I structure my own work as a professional player. (Monday = break down from last week, plan my week ahead with an attack plan, then compete!

No contracts, no pressure: This is month-to-month because YOUR results are what matter. However, development takes time and consistency, there's no one magic, overnight pill or else everyone would be a big leaguer.

Limited spots: I only work with a small group so each athlete gets my full attention and consistent coaching.
